♠ CHAPTER 1 · 0:00 · THE COLLAPSE OF DAP'S MORAL HIGH GROUND

Hi guys. Welcome back to the world according to SAP. Today we need to talk about hypocrisy. Uh the DAP kind. We need to talk about the grand moral standard that was set to us for decades and how it completely disintegrated the second these guys got a taste of real power. For years the Democratic Action Party DAP stood on their high horse pulpits preaching check out accountable than plus. Competency, accountability, and transparency. They swore to the Malaysian public that if you just wipe out the old guard, we just clean house, they would be incorruptible stewards of public funds. Well,

♠ CHAPTER 2 · 0:52 · HRD CORP'S BILLIONS IN MISMANAGED FUNDS

look around you today. Welcome to the new rent-seeking king and queens of Malaysia. Let me drum roll to you guys one by one. H HRD Corp mismanagement of funds to the tune of 3.77 billion for unauthorized high-risk investments with currently unrealized losses and overpayment of about 50 million ringgit. What the hell does HRD Corp is doing investing? That is not its core business. It collects mandatory levy payments from employees to fund workforce training programs. The scandal surfaced from the auditor general report in 2024 and the Public Accounts Committee

♠ CHAPTER 3 · 1:51 · THE MYKIOSK MIRAGE AND PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS

parliamentary hearings covering 2019 to 2020. Who was there? V. Sivakumar, human resources minister from DAP from 2022 to 2023. Main priorities are to implement the Employment Act reforms, tighten foreign worker recruitment rules, and curb for forced labor risks. So, what the hell was all those losses? Let's go on, shall we? The My Kiosk Mirage. Let's start there. This is the latest masterpiece from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government led by DAP's very own minister, Nga Kor Ming. The nationwide My Kiosk initiative, now on paper, sounds like noble social safety net, build prefabricated

standardized solar power kiosk for B40 micro entrepreneurs and roadside hawkers to help them formalize their business legally and safely. Heavy rental subsidies, free for the first 6 months, then 10 ringgit to 50 ringgit a month. Sounds brilliant, right? Until you walk down the street and look at the actual reality. Rows upon rows of empty prefabricated metal boxes, dusty rusting sitting idle on low foot traffic areas like abandoned industrial props. Meanwhile, genuine small traders are starving for viable high traffic commercial space. The mismatch is staggering.

Public money spent, zero economic activity generated, and then comes the kicker, the bill. Public record show that My Kiosk setups are quoted at an average cost of 34,000 600 plus per unit for basic prefabricated booth. Oh, yeah, they told us the solar cost some more. Okay. But go into any open commercial market right now. Look up standard modular pre-fab kiosk. You can source higher spec structures for fraction of that cost. Even when you factor off-grid solar panels and site prep, ordinary Malaysians are asking very obvious questions. How in the world does

a metal box command a price that rivals a brand new Perodua Axia? Where's the tender breakdown? Where are the site feasibility? Where is the open data auditing? When the opposition demand independent audit, the ministry response is essentially trust us. Most of them are occupied. But people have eyes, lah. They see this white elephant. The moment construction targets are prioritized over post-completion economic viability, you aren't doing social welfare. You're running a procurement exercise. You become the very rent-seekers you built your entire political brand condemning. Let's go on.

♠ CHAPTER 4 · 5:25 · PENANG UNDERSEA TUNNEL AND LIM GUAN ENG'S CHARGES

The Penang undersea tunnel. That's the ghost that won't die. We've got institutional memory, you know. If you think MyKiosk is a temporary oversight, let's talk about the granddaddy of them all. Lim Guan Eng and the Penang undersea 10 scandal. For years, the spin machine tried to write off this as a political witch hunt. Ah, it's just the old regime retaliation. It's all fabricated. Is it? Because as of today, the core legal reality remain completely unchanged. Lim Guan Eng is facing four active graft charges in court. Let's run through the facts that the case

is playing out in the criminal court. He is charged with soliciting a 10% profit kickback, about 3.3 million in cash gratification, two counts of misuse of power involving 208 .8 million worth of state land transfers tied to the 6.34 billion Penang undersea tunnel and highway project. Now, the witness testimony by Zarul Ahmad, the primary contractor of Consortium Zenith, took the stand as the prosecution's star witness. His statements form the core backbone of MACC's case. While the defense points to the lack of direct bank transfer receipts for alleged cash payment, MACC investigators

explicitly clarified in court that the lack of paper bank trails does not invalidate a prosecution's corruption charge. The court testimony revealed that Consortium Zenith allegedly received private briefings and insider information before the formal tender even opened, giving them an unfair advantage. That is a com- competency and transparency. That's textbook procurement manipulation, if proven true. There is no legal escape hatch here, yeah. They have tried multiple application to strike out the charges and transfer the case to the High Court. Every single one of those applications

♠ CHAPTER 5 · 8:10 · ASIA MOBILITY AND THE DIRECT NEGOTIATION CONTROVERSY

was dismissed. He must report monthly to MACC, attend court hearings, and stand trial like any other citizen. Now, let's talk about Asia Mobility and our holy Hanayo. Direct negotiation. Have you heard of Asia Mobility, ladies and gentlemen? It was appointed by the Pakatan Harapan state government back in October 2023 to operate the demand-responsive transit DRT pilot program. You know how it goes. Everything starts with a pilot, as they say. And how was the contract awarded? Through direct negotiation, single-source selection, rather than an open competition and public tender then then

all of it went tits up. By May 2024, public outcry erupted when people realized Asia Mobility Technology Sendirian Berhad was founded back in 2018. Guess who won the general election in 2018? Anyway, Asia Mobility was co-founded by its CEO, Ramachandran Muniandy, who happens to be a pastor and the then husband of DAP Youth and Sports Minister, our holy Hannah Yeoh. And what's what's the defense? Oh, no conflict found because it was awarded by the PH state government, not the federal ministry. You know, it reminded me of UMNO's Minister of Agriculture back in the day,

♠ CHAPTER 6 · 10:10 · MYEG CONCESSION RENEWAL AND UNREMITTED ROAD TAX

whose family owned UniTapah Sdn. Bhd. was awarded single source PFI project in 2010 by the Ministry of Higher Education to build and maintain the UiTM campus in Tapah, Perak. No conflict, right? Because it wasn't his ministry that awarded it. And so, holy Hannah Yeoh smiles and go quietly again. Let's talk about the big kahuna, Mr. Anthony Loke. That one is the courtesy of the Ministry of Transport, right? DAP Secretary General, Transport Minister Anthony Loke, awarded MyEG Services Bhd. now rebranded as Zetrix AI, a 3-year contract extension running from May 23rd, 2023 to May 22nd, 2026

to continue operating as an official collection agent for the Road Transport Department, our JPJ, handling road tax renewals, driving licenses, and summon payments for millions of Malaysian motorists. Why did Emma strip away or bypass the direct to government platform like the official MyJPJ app? Why appoint a middleman at all? I've been using MyJPJ completely fine. Yeah. What's the cut exactrix AI for this particular service? The volume running through this private portal is estimated in the hundreds of millions of ringgit annually. So, what is actually at stake?

Third-party collection intermediaries act as merely funnels. When citizens pay for road tax, those revenues belong strictly to the federal government coffers, not a commercial entity's balance sheet or short-term liquidity pool. Extending a major concession required strict oversight. Tight daily settlement. You know the rule T plus one? And real-time reconciliation safeguards. Fast forward right now, October 2026, the contract expired back in May 2026. Yet, transactions continue to run. Now, MOT and JPJ find themselves issuing notices for a massive shortfall. 314

million ringgit in unremitted revenue accumulated between May and September 2026 alone. Dude, your AI is screwed up. So, if the contract between MyEG or Zetrix AI and the Ministry of of transport strictly adopted a T+1 system, how on earth did arrears amount to more than three to more than 314 million accumulated between May and September? Uncollected government revenue left sitting in private hands. Do you know how much interest you can make on that sum over that period? Money that belongs strictly to the rakyat. I want you all to understand this about DAP and the leadership of Anthony Loke.

♠ CHAPTER 7 · 14:06 · ENDING RENT-SEEKING AND REFORMING PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS

This is their deliverables to the rakyat. The Attorney General's Chambers must be made independent of the executive and answerable directly to Parliament, not the government of the day. We have to form a select parliamentary committee that the AG Chambers must report to on quarterly basis, open to public for full scrutiny. The government must get the hell out of all these kind of arrangements. Why do we even need meet middleman to collect government revenues from taxes and licenses? Just install your own app and cut down bureaucratic your own bureaucratic civil service overhead.

You should lower your operating expenditure. Look at Australia US Embassy apps for visa application. You pay direct with zero intermediary. Why does our government keep creating this rent-seeking ecosystem? We voted for these people to stop all this nonsense. My fellow Malaysians, we need to kick all of them out from parliament come the next GE. They are not just obsolete, but at the very least incompetent. To put it kindly, lah. From the holy to the I know nothing hypocrisy to the I don't do anything until the hit the fan routine. And you still put them on a pedestal. Are we that blind?

And these are the people who will present our federal budget in about a week from now. Do you trust them? I do not trust them with a single cent of collection or spending of our tax and resource money. We have a country to save.
