Najib Pardon, A PKR DAP Wayang Kulit

My dear Malaysians, there is a reason I don't comment immediately. I like to see how the hands are played and the chips fall. Now, we can talk. On Saturday, Malaysia officially departed the terminal for a banana republic. There's a P. Ramlee movie, you know. It's called Antara Dua Darjat. There is a two-tier justice system in Malaysia. One for the ruling elite and its class and one for us, ordinary Malaysians. Then came the mother load. Najib stole billions and his restitution is 50 million. And now he can live in his palatial home. In March this this year, a 20-year-old

nobody in Semporna was sentenced to two years for two packets of stolen Milo. Think about that. I have been watching the taichi by PKR and DAP. Hold that thought. I'll get back to that later. I had warned my friends for a long time that from its very inception, PKR was just a mirage for any reform. It is just an offshoot of UMNO due to factional power struggle built around a cult leader who lost the battle. The black eye became a symbol for the cult to claim legitimacy. But the politics has always been and is all about grabbing and holding to power and hence wealth.

DAP has now proven itself a facilitator to this status quo of politics that is not only politics as usual, but in fact is even worse under this Mahathir government. To call them facilitator is being overly kind to DAP. I think it is no different today as the rot that came with PKR. The complicity that rakyat must recognize and punish. We must realize it is up to us to make this change. My dear fellow Malaysians, I am not even going to waste your time commenting on process. Let's stick to the one fundamental that is our federal constitution. Let me quote the excerpt from Article 42 12A.

Such powers shall be exercised. I repeat, shall be exercised by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong acting on the advice of the Pardons Board. constituted for that state under this article and which shall be presided by him. So, the Agong cannot act against the advice of the Pardons Board. Period. So, who is on that Pardon Board for the Federal Territory? One, the Minister of Federal Territory, Khalid Abu Two, the Attorney General, and three, the three appointed members. And neither PMX nor Khalid Abu do not seem to be able to be honest with us. Tell us the citizens the truth for once.

What was the Pardons Board advice to the King? The King is not a member of the Pardons Board, yeah? He merely presides as chair. You see, guys, when there is already a government, the Agong, as stated in our constitution under Article 40 1, that I quote again, "In the exercise of his functions under the constitution of federal or federal law, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall act in accordance with the advice of the cabinet of a minister acting under the general authority of the cabinet, except as otherwise provided by this constitution." And nothing in our constitution provided

for Agong to act independently without the Prime Minister facilitating the submission of the pardon to the board in his executive function. If you don't believe this, just listen to Anwar Ibrahim himself tell Parliament in 2024 when he submitted the first pardon of Najib Razak that gave him a shortened prison term. You can see he's quite proud of this accomplishment here.

Well, there is really no Tai Chi that passed us the master. So, in January 2024, Najib got his sentence half from 12 years to six and vested to share from 210 million ringgit to 50 million ringgit. Now, he can move from a prison to his luxury residence. Well done, Madani government, in combating corruption and the massive stealing by people in power. I know I was headlined by Sinar Daily on 18 September, reportedly saying Najib's conditional pardon board pardons by the board does not weaken the government's fight against corruption. Thank you. We Malaysian must be really stupid.

Watching the AP's conference after the emergency meeting and Anthony Loke's resignation whilst everyone else in the AP stays put was great theater. He offered to resign. Offered. He did not resign. And I hope should resign too as Minister of Federal Territory and member of the Pardons Board if indeed Anthony Loke and Hannah Yeoh and DAP disagree with the Pardons Board. In fact Hannah Yeoh should have resigned as Minister and Pardons Board member the minute the Pardons Board wants to recommend the pardon of Najib. That would be the principal stand. Instead they all made wayang.

Everything tai chi to Agong. Bro Agong shall act on the advice of the Pardon Board lah. Lu ingat kita orang kita rakyat semua bodoh kah? Give us a break. By the way who will be the new Minister of Transport if you really resign? Another DAP person person as well? If we as citizen think we deserve these people as our elected representative still then we truly are done for. We truly are done for. I have nothing else to say. This has been a real orchestra, a wayang kulit of the first order. What I see is retaining power and position is more important than doing what is right by the nation and its

citizen. They have had almost 4 years to substantively change and all we got was excuses. All we got was dropping of charges one by one. Not a single reform instituted and never will. Instead, they treat taxpayer and citizens as ATM machines for their spending and bailouts and handouts. We need real alternative. Not the same DNA from any of these people. I'm truly disgusted. The country need to rid itself of parasites masquerading as saviors. We need to step up step up. We need to step up. We have a country to save.
